Design Stage

We can assist with the design and selection of the roof system to match the building use, function, and stay within budget.

 

Estimate/Bid Stage

We review all roof details and specifications to ensure compatibility, performance, and functionality. Issues are resolved at the time of tender to assure a smoother installation process. We provide alternate roofing systems and/or details at the time of tender, which may prove more economical and/or higher quality.

 

Pre-installation Stage

We meet with the owner/site superintendent prior to roof installation to review roofing details, schedules, coordination with other trades, site access, safety, etc. This eliminates incorrect details and redo's, which cause downtime and interference with other trades; all which allows a project to stay on time and on budget.

 

Safety

A Hazard Assessment is conducted by our full-time safety officer, the project manager, and the site superintendant. This identifies all site hazards and formulates controls to reduce or eliminate all of the hazards. The roofing crew conducts a daily Pre-Job Safety Inspection in order to identify potential hazards associated with the day's tasks.

 

Installation Stage

We maintain a fleet of modern trucks and roofing equipment to ensure that our employees have the right tools to complete the job safely and on time. Through apprenticeship training and continued education, our staff is knowledgeable in the application of proven roofing systems. Our field superintendant and project manager review application work on a regular basis. This ensures quality installation and answers any questions if they arise.
